Classical Hatha Yoga

Classical Hatha Yoga is a fundamental tool for personal growth and complete inner wellbeing. The word Yoga means ‘Union’. It is not an exercise or a practice. It is a certain way of being.

In Hatha Yoga, ‘Ha’ means Sun & ‘Ta’ means Moon. Hatha Yoga is a whole science of bringing a balance between the Sun & the Moon which are within us. In other words, Hatha Yoga aims to bring a balance between the Pingala and the Ida : the two basic Nadis or Energy Channels in the human system.

Based on a sophisticated understanding of the body’s mechanics, Upa-Yoga brings great ease to the whole system.

Surya Kriya is a potent yogic practice of tremendous antiquity; designed as a holistic process for health, wellness, and complete inner wellbeing.

The word asana literally means a posture. Out of the innumerable asanas a body can assume, a certain number have been identified as Yogasanas, through which one can transform the body and mind into a possibility for ultimate wellbeing.

A system rooted in Yoga that offers an individual the opportunity to invigorate the body and reach the peak of physical and mental health.

Surya Shakti is a complete process. Surya means Sun and Shakti means Energy. If you do Surya Shakti daily, you will not require any other exercise.

The basis for all creation, including the physical body, is the group of five elements: earth, water, wind, fire and space. The wellbeing of the body and mind can be established by purifying these five elements within the human system.

What our clients say

Teaching yoga is a path of self-discovery, shared inspiration, and service. At Yoganetra, this is what we would like to share with the participants.

The programs are designed based on the individual participant’s requirements. This is also to encourage the participants to step out of their comfort zone and learn about themselves: their desires, their skills, and their perspective.
