Classical Hatha Yoga

Classical Hatha Yoga is a fundamental tool for personal growth and complete inner wellbeing. The word Yoga means ‘Union’. It is not an exercise or a practice. It is a certain way of being.

In Hatha Yoga, ‘Ha’ means Sun & ‘Ta’ means Moon. Hatha Yoga is a whole science of bringing a balance between the Sun & the Moon which are within us. In other words, Hatha Yoga aims to bring a balance between the Pingala and the Ida : the two basic Nadis or Energy Channels in the human system.

What our clients say

Teaching yoga is a path of self-discovery, shared inspiration, and service. At Yoganetra, this is what we would like to share with the participants.
